موسكو: قال وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف الجمعة إن روسيا مستعدة للموافقة على صدور قرار لمجلس الأمن الدولي بشأن سوريا لكنها تريد ضمانات بشأن وقف إطلاق النار.
وقال لافروف في إفادة حول المناقشات الدائرة بخصوص قرار للأمم المتحدة لوقف إطلاق النار في سوريا “لا توجد ضمانات بأن (المعارضة المسلحة) لن تواصل قصف مناطق سكنية في دمشق”.
وأضاف “ولذلك لكي يكون القرار فعالا، ونحن على استعداد للموافقة على النص الذي يجعله كذلك، نقترح صيغة تجعل وقف إطلاق النار حقيقيا، استنادا إلى ضمانات من كل من هم داخل وخارج الغوطة الشرقية”. (رويترز)
